Today I have had to make a very
difficult
decision.
Owing to the reduced donations, a
global recession, and too many new disasters, I think
most organisations are suffering the
same.
We will not be able to continue
accepting new children or groups needing help. Even as
was normal when a child returned to health or family
members were found to take over their care (with
assistance) those places will remain
unfilled.
It is a very sad and soul wrenching
decision but in order to protect those we already care
for and support it is the only ethical
solution.
I have been taking up the shortfalls
from my own savings, stretching personal credit etc to
the limit, alas if compared an elastic band my finances
are at the point where you would be clenching your teeth
and closing your eyes in expectation of the
break.
I have one or two possible things that
may allow this state of affairs to end but until it is
100% in place we cannot make plans. All those now with us
especially the twins will not suffer any reduction in
care and will remain fed, watered and
loved.
So if anyone wants to help please look
at fundraising with a Bingo or bring and buy sale,
sponsored event
etc
Or just spread this website address to
all your friends and ask them to do the same maybe just
maybe it will reach someone who can
help
Thank you -
